In March 2007, Master Yu Guang was invited as a Feng Shui consultant by UMass Biomedical Research Center. The center was in construction planning at the time. Based on the principle of the reconcile of Yi and Yang and the theory of Five Elements of Health, Master Yu Guang gave advice on the location and layout of the buildings as well as the center’s landscaping. He also helped design the main entrance, made the color coordination of the main gate and arranged the parking lots, in order to create a welcoming atmosphere for research and academics.
